PLEASE NOTE: iCIRT is available to residential building practitioners to obtain a star-rating on their own business, as well as to government and industry to obtain an assessment on key trading partners.
Depending on your requested service level, you may receive a detailed report providing the star-rating outcome with a breakdown across each of the assessment criteria, and a summary of the key contributing factors. The report will provide you with a relative ranking to the broader industry and will contain supporting commentary across a range of areas including related parties, together with a summary of all background checks.
The complete service may take several weeks, however the report is typically provided within 5-10 days after receiving the relevant external information. The full process includes obtaining the required information, performing the various background checks, reviewing the criteria in accordance with the iCIRT methodology, compiling the report and sharing the results with you.
We apply a fixed-fee framework with pricing based on the type of report chosen and subsequent depth of the assessment. Pricing for a private self-rating assessment ranges from $1,750 through to $9,950 ex-GST (AUD). Pricing varies based on the report type requested and the size of the organisation being assessed.
Equifax will seek authorisation to contact officeholders and key people to obtain their individual consent to perform relevant background checks. Information will also be sought for requested disclosures, including projects, awards, referees, certifications, operating practices, insurances, financials and supporting commentary.
